Energy Fitness developed this
program in celebration of our 12 years in business this year. We
wanted to have a program for those of you that have always wanted a
trainer but maybe haven't been able to fit into your budget yet.
Typically, we see and get amazing results from our clients in which we
see 2-3 times a week.
Why Only 1x/Wk with trainer?
Many years ago, we offered a 1
time per week personal training program but nixed it after we found
that the once a weekers did jack squat on their own :(
So why are we bringing back the 1x/wk option?
After thinking long and hard
we figured out how we can get better results from the efforts of 1 time
per week clients. In this updated program, we are including videos that
can be done at home or traveling, nutrition support, meal plans, etc to
